Employees are entitled to the following holidays:
|Young people up to the age of 20 years old and apprentices||25 days|
|Employees from the age of 20 to 50 years old||25 days|
|Employees over the age of 50||30 days|
|5 years of service||CHF 1500.- with 100 % employment|
|for every subsequent 5 year of service||CHF 1000.- with 100 % employment|
Employees pay one third of the pension fund contributions and the employer the other two thirds.
Unpaid time off can be arranged after prior talks with the respective manager.
In the event that one of employees falls ill, they are covered by a daily sick pay insurance for up to 730 days during which time they continue to receive their wages in full. In the event of an accident, our employees around the world benefit from private hospital insurance.
We offer our employees 10% discount on services for massages, performance diagnostics and check-ups.
Our employees benefit from a reduction subscription for their mobile contract.
