In the event of a high volume of patients, in exceptional cases it may no longer be possible to guarantee treatment on the same day after 20:00 in the evening. 

We refer children under the age of 16 to Swiss Medi Kids at Bahnhofplatz 9. Outside their opening hours, children aged 14 and over can be treated in our Medical Center. 

 

How to find us 

Find us in the newly renovated south wing.

Take one of the two entrances in the passageway Bahnhofstrasse/Bahnhofplatz. Use the staircase or the elevator to reach the third floor.

About our Medical Center

Our offer covers the clinical, diagnostic and therapeutic spectrum of general and internal medicine. We specialize in emergency medicine and urgent medical visits in case of illness or accident. During seven days per week we are open for our customers from 7.00 to 21.00. Patients suffering from acute or urgent complaints can be examined without prior appointment.

Important: Please bring your insurance card with you to a consultation at the emergency practice. Otherwise we ask for direct payment.
