Neurosurgery

This field of spinal surgery covers both the degenerative and traumatic diseases affecting the spinal column. The peripheral nervous system and surrounding structures (i.e. bones, tendons and ligaments) are the focus of this treatment. The complex way in which these structures interact requires a careful intervention to the spine and an understanding of the body in its entirety.

At this Center for Medicine and Sport these procedures are performed in interdisciplinary and cross-discipline cooperation.
